The information you provide will be used in the administration of club activities.  It will also be provided to UBC for the purposes of updating their database, conveniently eliminating the need to maintain your profile information in two places.

All your information (including your email address) will be kept strictly confidential, and the Club does not, under any circumstances, rent, sell or distribute any personal information submitted by Club members, registered users or visitors to our website to any outside third party.

Personal information that you submit to this website is stored on the AlumniMagnet server in Los Angeles, California and will be used only for the purpose for which it was asked. In addition, the site employs cookies to collect anonymous site traffic data for the purpose of tracking user trends and improving site usability.Aggregate, non-personally identifying information may be both used internally and shared externally (for example, the number of alumni who are registered users).
