How did you feel on your first day at UBC? Anything you wish you’d known before arriving?  New students feel excited and nervous about setting off for university, and most of them are bursting with questions about UBC.

What is living in Vancouver or Kelowna like?  Where are the best places to eat and hang out on campus?  What are the toughest classes? What’s life like in student residences?

New UBC students need some brains to pick, and whose better than alumni and current students! Please help us welcome newly admitted students from Calgary to the UBC community at an informal reception. Share your UBC stories, and get to know the newest generation of UBC students.

Refreshments and food will be served. You may bring a guest, but please be sure to include them in your registration.
